Sound is good but setting up was delayed as I had to go out again to buy the appropriate connecting cable. I would have preferred to have done that when buying the soundbar. Having said that - the service was otherwise excellent - friendly and quick.

The sound quality is an improvement over the standard Panasonic TV sound but is a little disappointing in terms of the depth of sound it gives. If you want something with plenty of bass then I would look for a system with a separate sub woofer.

Bought this as my TV sound had started to distort a bit at higher volume. Not only no more distortion, but much improved sound quality all round. Richer Sounds once again totally reliable and very prompt delivery service.
