Bad customer service. System is sold with "known problems", bad sound reproduction in general

cd/dvd won't play, component cable not included.

Good quality sound. 5 disc DVD/CD changer. XM input. Aesthetically appealing. Lots of sound options.

Major audio lag issues. LG won't replace it. Manual is almost useless.
