Company "TOSHIBA" I feel firmly will fix these drives before the sale but until then, purchase the drive for the WARRANTY coverage only and not the quality. I purchase at different times many different priced SSD's and can only say I have not found any...

Worked well when they worked. Very fast until they started dropping like flies.

Dead. Bought two of these back in July '13. The first one died within a few months. Second one just died when Windows 8.1 tried to fix drive errors. Neither boot or Windows recognizes either drive. Very frustrating. Enough to turn me back to Vista on...

Drive was fast at first and had a good build to it

The drive failed just after a year of use, it was always a bit slow to boot, and when originally purchased it was much more expensive then other ssd's

Very fast. A very nice SSD drive when it works.

Data corruption and data loss. I normally go 2+ years without having to reinstall OS. I have two of these drives in two machines both running the OS. Both have required 3 reinstalls during the last year. One died at 13 months.
