The perfectly ordinary Whirlpool WMC50522AS

 

Whirlpool's midrange countertop microwave performs well but lacks modern updates, and more importantly the performance to justify its price tag.

With its high wattage and functional presets, the large ; can handle almost anything you need to cook.

A lack of more modern technology like convection or inverter cooking makes this model feel stale and out-of-date.

The Whirlpool WCM50522AS is a fine microwave, but not worth the asking price.

Great product!

 

Bought about 1 month ago to replace a much smaller, less powerful microwave. The features are great, the size is phenomenal and the power is outstanding! Very happy with it.

Good while it lasted

 

This microwave was purchased 23 months ago. Today it stopped working. All other microwaves I have owned have lasted no less than 10 years. I will not be replacing it with another Whirlpool. It did work fine while it was working

I love the large size of this microwave.

 

I bought this microwave a month ago to replace an older one. I was pleased to find that it was equally as large, easy to use, and of excellent quality. I loved my last microwave and am equally in love with this one especially the size.

Great capacity and nice looks

 

Bought this few months back and loved it for its high capacity and features. However a month back the clock started running incorrectly and heating wasn't working on-and-off. Called warrenty and they agreed to replace it.
