I think this works pretty much like a commercial one, and I would much rather use this and cook my own fish and chips in good quality oil rather than cheap ones used at most restaurants. I would recommend this!

We love our deep fryer and use it constantly, great for chips, fried chicken and all manner of fried things. The only thing they could do to improve it would be to make a bigger capacity one for large families

This is a great deep fryer. It cooks well and is safe and easy to use. It is pretty reasonably priced as well.
