Rice come out perfect

Did not last long

Very consistent, never scorches or burns rice, large or small batches

Not really a con but fuzzy logic prevents seeing end time of cycle until part way through

The top is bit loose but overall it is a good product. It takes a little longer to cook the rice but slow cook's function exceeds my expectation

Bowl probably scratches a bit easy, but no different from any other cooker with a teflon coating. The steaming basket is very deep so you will not be able to steam anything while you cook rice

Less expensive compared to big names like Tiger, Zojirushi ; (I bought it for $60; Tiger and Zojirushi are either $100 or a lot more) ; Nothing else

The rice turned out perfect for my taste, not too soft, not too hard

The water levels for each type of rice should be clearly indicated in the pot so you do not have to refer to the instructions
