Very intuitive and flexible. Easiest microwave to learn

 

A joy to use because it is so well thought out.

easy to use. shortcuts in the menus are great and the knob to adjust cooking time is super fast. It actually has variable cooking unlike most microwaves that just shuttle between 100% and 0%.

Soup gets too hot, whether you select the menu item for soup or just use the sensor reheat. When done cooking the soup is boiling! So I don't use those features for soup. Just guess at the time and nuke it.

Newegg provided an RMA and I will be shipping the unit back. Great service from Newegg.

Beautiful unit, great price, but it didn't work.

Unit had a bad control. Would not allow setting of time, therefore would not turn on or accept any other button choice.
