I purchased my first Free Standing New World Cooker many years ago.I have tried various other types/makes of cookers since. I have reverted back to what I know is the most effective cooker in the range. The eye level grill makes the BEST TOAST ever,...

Not bad but light weight compared to our old new world model, plate warmer only good if you eat off slates, oven door handle on top but still side opening bit weird, well packaged and easily assembled but don't think will last as long as our old one...

Purchased this for my elderly mother, who is delighted with it. Good product, good safety features. Also like the glass window so you can see what's cooking in the oven without opening the door.

Three points:

Worse cooker i have ever come across, rings don't work right, takes a few goes for ignition to work, and very hard to clean, the grill is a nightmare, AVOID BUYING THIS HEAP OF RUBBISH!! Has put me off buying anything from comet again!!!

Bought this cooker for my mum and dad they are in there 80's and it was just the job, simple and easy to use, only thing that let it down was there is no light in the oven.

This is a fantastic cooker which does everything you want it to, and does it really well.
