I have never used it. 1 shelf is no good to me and you can't even use the floor of the oven for a casserole dish and then use the 1 shelf.

So much easier to control and clean. The rear and roof of the oven are maintenance-free cleaning, which makes life so much more convenient. Food cooks evenly right through, including cakes, casseroles, and chicken (whole) for Christmas dinner.
