Love this Fryer. Good buy

The timer worked fine on mine, but you have to keep checking it because when the time runs out the machine turns off. No on/off switch, just timer.

I be leave companies have over done it with safety features. I would rather have the until get knocked off the counter and burn up instead of having the breakaway safety cord arc against metal surfaces and burn the house down.

This makes the best fried chicken

This fryer works well, and is big enough to fry small items.  I don't think I'd try to fry large chicken breasts in it or something big.  It would work well for fried vegetables, fish, chicken strips, legs, etc.

Its a great product! We fry chicken wings in it for game day.
