I HAVE USED IT TWICE,FIRST FOR A SMALL ROAST AND ONCE FOR A SPLIT CHICKEN. THE CHICKEM WAS ENCREDIBLE, THE ROAST WAS DARK OUTSIDE, RED INSIDE.
