Not one negative. Looks great in the kitchen, easy to clean. The first cake was wonderful and the heat controls simple.

Gas safety cut off feature & glass safety lid both excellent. Main oven cooks quickly & evenly.

I find that using the grill with the pan provided heavy & unwieldy.Does not cook food evenly & takes much longer than my old cooker.

Looks great, very easy to clean no 'seams' or sharp corners that a cloth can't clean properly, sturdy & well made. All I wanted!

None really - just have had to adjust normal timings for cooking a little but no big deal

4 individual pan supports, so can be washed separately as required easy to remove/reinsert gas burner covers top lid cuts off gas supply when down & creates extra workspace lights in oven stay on when oven in use so no need to open doors gas supply...

glass inners are a bit stiff to remove for cleaning & fiddly to reinsert bottom oven door swings right back through 180 degrees, so always hitting adjacent cupboard [& the cat!] grill pan doesn't have a detachable handle, which would be useful

oven door swings too easily and this can be difficult when removing heavy items which need 2 hands if you don't pull shelf out far enough. this could be the position in my kitchen as I cannot swing door 180 degrees

a little narrower than old cooker ( some trays dont fit)

very easy to use keeps clean (just needs a wipe)no hard work double oven is very handy just really love it feels sturdy not like some tinny ones that just look good

none that is bad although getting ignition on hob at times seems tricky and it was advertised as having two oven shelves but only had one, (the documents indicated two as well)
