Great results and really please wih the performance. Beep is far too quiet though, and turns off after a few - quite a few burnt dishes as a result!

Oven broke down within a week of purchase. Very disappointing! Insisted on a replacement which took more than 2 weeks to be installed.

Looking forward to using my new oven but so disappointed that the timer isn't loud enough to be heard. What a shame to ‘spoil the ship for a ha'porth of tar' in other words spoil a great product which isn't cheap for a timer which wouldn't cost much to...

Oven bulb gone faulty within 1 week! Called customer service who wants to charge me for the replacement, how bad is that! Understand bulb is a perishable part but didn't expect it to perish in a week!!
