The serial numbers required if you have to phone Customer Services are on the right hand side of the oven door inner seal . That puts it right against the wall so we cannot read it.It would be helpful if it was on the seal at the top of the oven

Well designed - self cleaning was a big feature of choosing this product.

I was not informed at the shop that I should check my homes electrical wiring as the cooker needed a higher rated wiring than that used for a lower rated cooker. When the fitters arrived they could not install it as the wiring would not take the load....
