It cooks rice perfectly. It is incredibly easy to use Spoon included Steaming tray included (though I lost it, it worked nicely)

It doesn't make a ton of rice, though plenty for myself and a few others. (not really a con but a thought)

Ive had this for a couple years now. It works great. I can steam a cup of rice in about 30 minutes. You can add some vegetables if you want as well.

The nonstick pan got a bit worn out after a while. It still works fine but it's been tougher and tougher to clean the more I use it. Not a big deal though... either clean it immediately after your rice is done, or let it soak in water over night.

Nice fill and forget kind of appliance. Dump in rice and water, set to cook and walk away.

The included and the measured "cup" sizes they use are inaccurate, its closer to 3/4 of a cup. Make sure to either keep the cup around or always keep that in mind.
