All plastic parts are easy to clean; Rice and other foods do not stick to the plastic dishes; Seems to steam vegetables decently (but not rice)

Instructions are very poor and uninformative; Cooker CONSTANTLY needs more water; Cooking takes 3x longer than our much older rice cooker. This device took significantly longer to cook rice; Rice was cooked unevenly; LCD screen is not self-explanatory...

Easy to use, very little prep, versatile, and makes really good rice. Bought it on sale for only $19 shipped with tax included so it was a great value.

Refill light keeps coming on and then it beeps until it shuts off, even with the correct amount of water in it. SOLUTION: unplug unit, remove all trays and then remove the stopper in the base on the right side of the basin and GENTLY wiggle the plastic...

When i bought this item i was under the assumption that it would come with shrimp and green thingies.
