Concerned that the detatchable grill pan handle does not seem sturdy enough

It is simple to use and easy to keep clean.

Lighting oven and hob is an art, you have to hold the dial in for at least 15 seconds after pressing the ignition button. The oven temperature is lower than in recipes so you have to have it set higher, which is annoying.

The engineers and the telephone support staff have been very helpful and polite but I've still had to get engineer''s out.

I have had the cooker 1 year and 3 call outs. Just waiting now for a new part to be fixed, same fault.

Can take longer to cook than directed on packaging but it might be how I have shelves set

When using the grill the front fascia gets hot & can burn you. The ignition has to be held in for a long time otherwise the hobs turn off. The separate handle keeps falling off the grill pan. The oven fails to cook items for the time & temperature...

everything its takes 4hours to do s roast. After 3 hours its only just starting to cook. A hour to warm a pie . Hob you have to have on full nothing boils lts nuff

I found this cooker very good value for money. It does everything I need for an extremely reasonable price.

The oven thermostat did not work properly and the oven did not reach the proper temperature so we sent the first one back and got a replacement. The second one has exactly the same problem. -We have to have the gas at least one mark higher in order to...
