The glass lid does not stay up just falls down my niece has a cooker with a lid and it won,t fall, you can leave it 2 inches from closeing--it just stays where you put it---if you have a solution to the problem --i would be eternaly grateful sheila,

oven can be tricky to light, but it is an excellent oven that cooks well and evenly.

1. No safety stops fitted to oven shelves. 2. No guidance given for re-fitting door inner glasses. 3. No sample of stainless steel cleaner included. All of the above are specified in the instructions for installation and use.

the grill pan needs a fiddly handle to be attached in order to use it. You also have to fiddle around with a large piece of metal which must be attached to the cooker before you use the grill in order to prevent the control knobs melting very bizarre....

Just love this cooker although my other one was very old so find such a difference in the all round cooking. Good value for money.

Some times oven takes a while to light but not really a problem
