i had one awhile back and lost it from a house fire. I like to cook over the weekend for meals throughout the week so while I have the oven running I can cook in the roaster at the same time and get many things done. easy to clean takes up counter...

I have used this product once to roast an 18 pound turkey. It did a very good job and the turkey was done in just 3 hours.

The reason I got a Nesco 18 Qt. Roaster Oven- Ivory - Porcelain Cookwell is to allow me to cook outside on hot days without heating up the whole house. This thing works great and does everything I want. I usually use it to roast chicken but it holds up...
