When it works, it's fantastic

 

If you want to use it for a few months and then wait a week or two for them to send you the replacement model when it breaks, go ahead... customer support was prompt, polite, and even paid for shipping

Cooks quickly, niceand crispy. Dishwasher safe, doesn't burn your hand when you touch it, plenty of room for all the food... really good, convenient product. While it works

Will inevitably break down. Best friend and I both bought one, both stopped heating after 2 or 3 months. Instruction manual said to hit the reset button on the back of the control panel.... but there isn't one! Product is impossibly dead. A google...

Garbage

 

I have used this fryer 5 times and it just quit. I bought it because of the Rival name but it is garbage and should be pulled off the market.

Don't waste your money

 

My husband bought me this fryer and it died on me in the middle of frying chicken. I only used it two times and it never fried right away. You get what you pay for.
