I purchased this particular brand because of the good rating from consumer reports. I really love the dehumidifier feature that was a pleasant surprise. I can now remove the humidity from the air without cooling it down. That is a great feature.

Ordered 2 air conditioners, prompt delivery and went to their clearance site again the delivery was prompt but the item had no hardware, this problem could not be resolved with the manufacturer. Living Direct refunded my money without any problem.

I needed an air conditioner for my bedroom because it has a flat roof I wasn't able to put a vent in there. I bought the LG and it's perfect! Haven't received my electric bill yet but I'm sure it won't be do bad!

In economy mode, it is thermostated so it is not running all the time. Very efficient. We love it.
