Perfect service! It arrived much faster than expected. It fit and works perfectly.

Just love this air conditioner. We put it in our casement window. Just the right size to fit. Much cheaper than regular casement AC units. It is cooling our 2 rooms (each 20' X 13'). We are using circulating fan also. It has been in about 2 weeks....

I did not realize, when I opened the package, that there was some damage to the air conditioner. After installation I saw that the right rear corner post had a little damage and the back "grill" had three areas that appear to have been "scraped"....
