apart from the temreture not going lower than 16c it is well worth the money higly recommend it

it only goes down to 16c I would have liked it to be cooler ie 10c

quiet and able to cool the place in a very short time. Meet our expectation.

When we adjust the volume of the tv, this unit's setting and temperature are changed by the TV remote control as well. A bit annoyed :(

The timer is complicated and has limited function. The remote has no display to indicate, for example , the temperature you are selecting.

The unit cools and heats really quickly. some people complained about the fan changing speed, or not activating when in heat mode, this is simple misunderstanding of how the unit works. when using heat function, it has to heat for a min or so before...

after a while of use we found the fan started to squeak as if it was just slightly catching on something, but we found if left, it stops

very fast to cool a room

Very heavy, ver very hard to empty the water.

Sleep mode does not work, it is to noisy for a bedroom which iswhy I purchased it. Contacted Appliance direct twice who promised to get their technical department to contact me, on neither occasion have they responded

Very good machine, v. Quiet

There's no Auto function so you can set a temperature and it will heat or cool as needed

Easy to use - not too noisy

Vent hose too short (that is the same with all these units)

Compact, delivers great flow of cold air. Very useful option to have a pipe on the cold air output as well as the hot air exhaust. Very useful to channel hot air in a room without the conditioner in the same room.

A bit noisey but I'd say that not louder than any unit I've used.

Could do with a lower fan setting. No Climate Control
