Unfortunately, with brand new batteries installed, the keyboard or mouse did not work on any of my 3 (three) computer systems!?! Seems this product needs a major recall!! So, I returned it and newegg's awesome service took care of it!

This product comes with 1 page of instructions that simply says to press the button on the receiver and everything will work. There are no drivers. The only troubleshooting option is to remove a battery and then try again. Needless to say it didn't...

This is one terrific keyboard combo. The keyboard is lightweight, trim and attractive. For the price you can't go wrong. Watch out Logitech, in my opinion, ViewSonic is taking the lead with this one.
