feel of keyboard is very nice. Contour of mouse is comfortable.

A little background first: I ordered the package which included the card reader with built-in bluetooth.

As many have said, the mouse is weird. The size seems to not fit in the hand correctly. That being said, I'm actually pretty acclimated to it now so its not really problematic.

Keyboard works like a charm

The mouse pointer's habit of randomly wandering is simply unnacceptable. Just when you think it has settled down, it does a little traverse across the screen. Click at your own peril. I can't believe this mouse is bundled with a high-end XPS system.

Keyboard has worked flawlessly. I connected it to my Inspiron 530s the day it was delivered (two months ago), and never had to "find" it again. The media player panel is convenient (especially the system volume knob), as are the pre-programmed buttons....

The mouse is longer than normal and feels large to the hand until you get used to it. I have the same mouse in a smaller version that came with my laptop (travel mouse) and that one is more comfortable.

The design of the keyboard is great with many programmed buttons, and the mouse works very well and is comfortable.

You have to find the device several times, and I had trouble making my own passkey for the keyboard. There is some delay in the mouse and keyboard after a short period of inactivity, probably due to power saving.

When they work, they work ('they' being the mouse and keyboard), but usually with delayed reaction times.

The keyboard appears to be the most vulnerable in terms of losing connection. Have probably reconnected it as a new device 5 or 6 times in the 4 months since we bought the XPS 420 system. There is usually a delay for the keyboard response when typing...

Keyboard layout good and ergonomy OK. Mouse too big.

Looses connection every two minutes, even after installing the latest bluetooth driver bundle. EXTREMELY annoying !!!
