When I received my tags, they paired with my I-pod and I- phone with no problem. But the sound would drop out if anythig got between the device and the tags and would return when the obstruction was removed. I called Outdoor Tech and they exchanged...

listen to music and answer phone at same time the music pauses,you can do music only or phone only,reconnect automatically,shut off after 5 minutes,charge fast,there just awesome they replaced all my head phones and bluetooth head sets
