Phone cable keeps breaking at conection point - making the headset unusable.

Comfortable, wires do not tangle, microphone is easily adjustable.

Comfortable and clear sound, great in a noisy/crowded environment.

Very comfortable to use for long phone calls, Very lightweight and easy to use.

The only bad thing is that they are really quiet, could do with a volume booster, When I use mine I have to close my window and door so to block out any external noise.

As I am very deaf, I have to wear BOE aids. The ear pads supplied with the headset do not fully cover the hearing aid receiver and so it takes a little while to adjust their positioning to find the best possible connection. It would be more beneficial...

light and comfortable

a bit pricey for what is really a set of headphones

Overall i'm very happy with this product.

My only dislike is that when using this headset the leads that run down from the head piece will rub against your clothes and you can hear this through the headset when talking.
