I received the item missing parts inside de box, its suppost to come with the 2 esspresso cups like describe on item ( 2 blue cups ) , when I opened the box the cups wasnt there . and the box from the item was opened .

Makes great espresso with crema, steams milk and looks great on my counter top! Holds plenty of water for one or two cups and cleans up easily. After a few tries, anyone can make cafe quality coffee drinks at home. This unit will quickly pay for itself!

None, this is a great product! There are more expensive machines on the market but this one works great for me.

Easy to use and clean. Makes great coffee drinks. Large water reservoir so you don't have to refill everyday. Dishwasher safe parts which make clean up easy.

I had the machine about a year and six months and it started leaking steam around the steamer stem. It looks like it's getting water inside the main part of the unit, so I don't expect it to last much longer.

Takes a few tries to figure out the nuances of this machine but once you do the pours are good. Definitely replaces the cost of Starbucks and for less (depending on how often you go) Clean up is a cinch. Wondering about the filters though... grounds...
