I hope the second one will work. so far 0 stars for the picture frame and 6 stars for Newegg.

Newegg is taking care of me, getting a new one sent to me soon, they are paying all shipping, this is why I chose Newegg :) ; PSU is working

DOA ; Unit will not powerup or anything, no lights but does get a lil warm after being plugged in for a few hours (PSU providing 5VDC)

All-around excellent quality consistent with ViewSonic's reputation. 800x480 resolution is very decent, certainly higher than most of the low-end off-brand models, in the 7" category. The only disappointment I have is the lack of support for staging...
