Gifts for the Grand Parents

 

I got this to load up with photos as Christmas presents. I've always liked Viewsonic products, and they have created some really nice digital frames. I road tested a few frames, and compared to all of the others I've seen, this frame has the best...

Great display - high resolution, good color and contrast

Runs a tad hot in the reds - and may blow out the top few percent of highlights. Not a problem unless you're counting on the entire dynamic range of your 8-bit image.

Quite nice

 

Not sure why it is not listed in the specifications tab - or anywhere for that matter, but all four units I received from Newegg came with 512MB of memory built-in. Making this unit an extremely good deal! But now I have 4x2GB SD cards that I don't need.

Fairly good size for the money. It is a 4:3 format, which matches the picture format from my 7.1 MP camera. Excellent image scaling, though I usually use batch resizing software to reduce file sizes. Image quality is very good, and images can be see...

All minor stuff...
