picture quality is good, options are good like single picture slide, multiple picture slide, remote control etc

I feel temprature control is over kill and increases price of the product

Mirror effect ruins the picture. It reflects all the light from windows & lights in the room so you cannot see the photos being displayed! Very disappointing.

Bought for Grandaughter who has had no problems with installation or use and has been very pleased with it.

None that I know of.
