Cannot get it to install! The Photo viewer software seems to install, then says 'no photo viewer found, programme terminated.' What am I doing wrong?!

I absolutely love this photo frame. I sometimes have it on my desk at work and sometime on my fridge at home. It has a super image quality. I would recommend this to everyone.
