Poor viewing angle from the bottom. Poor black levels. If you're within around four feet of the frame, the image quality doesn't look so great. As mentioned below, no shuffle function, and the advertised pixel count seems to be incorrect

This is a nice digital picture frame. It works well, the remote is nice. Easy to use, I preloaded pictures onto my SD card and it was loaded up right away

It plays JPEGs & MP3 files. It has an autoplay feature so all i need to do is plug in my SD card to it. Very user-friendly and screen is sharp and bright. All my family members like it

Aspect ratio is actually fine but not a standard format. However, 640x480 images look good and mostly fill the picture.if that bugs you, you would need to crop pictures differently
