For Christmas I had the oppurtunity to add another DAP to my collection. I was considering the iRiver iHP-120 most of all, but also the Creative Zen Xtra, the Rio Karma, and in the end, the Gateway DMP-X20. The Gateway model just went on sale this month (

Sucks Like A Hoover

 

The only advantage to this unit is the price.

Cheap, highly breakable, horrible support, don't expect any help after the warranty expires.

FM radio, the sound quality was pretty good , easy to navigate

Gateway's customer service department is not very helpful. Lots of fingerprints

great price. easy to use. rechargeable Li-ion battery. Backlit lcd. pretty fast.

It isn't an Ipod (unfortunately)

 

If you've entered this area of Epinions chances are you know about the Ipod and you want it (unforunately I was in the same position). Whether it is its simple lines, neutral white color and reflective polished silver back or just the fact that it is...

100 bucks cheaper and comes with more stuff (case, remote, cords, etc)
