Had the 5035 for since 2007 and paid a decent amount for it regularly serviced (10 years free) -and still working well Seen much bad publicity for this vacuum but honestly after 10 years it has paid for itself and then some Sure there's better now but...

If you are trying to use the power head and it doesn't work. Try using it without the bag - the design doesn't allow enough air to be sucked in when the bag is in and the powerhead is turned on. Take the bag out and the Power Head works - go figure!!...
