OMG my carpets are like new again you have to hold on to the hoover as it is very powerful and will pull had a Dyson animal 35 before fell apart but this hoover is very well put together.

Powerful easy to use, just click and unclick parts ,lights help guide the way and pop a little cinnamon powder in the lift away part as recommended in the booklet leaves your room smelling great too.

I bought this just a few days ago,I have always had a Dyson but have had a few problems with it so we decided to have a change...glad we did,its brilliant,can't say anything bad about this hoover at all just now. Glad we bought it.!!
