cannot wheel it about after turning the power off

I bought this vacuum mainly for the power and boy does it deliver! Suction is great and makes hoovering up after my messy lot much easier. I love the design and features like the safety shut off on the brush rotation if it is clogged.

The only thing is the suction through the detachable hose has diminished almost completely after the first use. I've had a good look at it but can't figure out why. I am currently in communication with the retailer to try and resolve this. Please don't...

Can be hard to push, it doesn't move on the carpet when switched off to put away etc.

Nothing was good about it

Suction is poor (compared to our old Dyson), the extension hose flops about so you can't really use it, very disappointed I wouldn't buy again.
