Ay the moment this hasn't been used as it's a gift for a replacement, but hopefully it will be just as good as the first one

Brilliant. Steams my carpets beautifully and brings pile up.Also gets my kitchen and bathroom floors really clean and dries immediately.

Very happy with this lightweight steam cleaner. Easy to assemble with a great long electric cable which is very useful. Heats up instantly and does the job perfectly 10/10

Would like to give this more stars but haven't had it long enough to make a judgement yet. Replaced a Dirt Devil similar machine which died after less than two dozen uses and was not repairable. Went for the Russel Hobbs for the respected name and...

Very pleased, easy to use. Really good quality for the money

After the first use the black velcro pad that holds the pad onto the mop came off.

Only lets steam out for one or two minutes. Obviously faulty. Nightmare aswell to return it and get refund. Never known anything like it
