Reduce quality in comparison with older model

Needed a steam cleaner pronto for some wallpaper stripping and it was far cheaper on Argos than B&Q or screwfix. Heats up in a few minutes and can refill the tank easily. The main cleaning head is a bit cheaply made though and not great for delicate...

I have spinal problems and this item really helps me with cleaning jobs around the house by taking a lot of the scrubbing away and reducing time spent cleaning. Finding jobs it's useful for all the time, just need to stop my sons pinching it for there...

Used the floor steamer excellent, easy to use and lightweight, not yet used the power jet

I bought this unit having previously owned a steam mop which kept breaking down .The results from this unit is outstanding ,and the extension pipes make reaching wall tiles easy ,floor cleaning was simple .

I bought this cleaner have used it about 10/12 times and now it won't work . It was ok when it did trouble us it's out of warranty now so will have to throw it . My mop never fails!

Despite all the positive reviews, after two attempts at cleaning with this model I am a little disappointed. I have tried it on limescale around taps etc, and whilst these were all far from 'encrusted' with limescale it did not remove any of it....

Thought I was buying a premium steamer; cord too short, leaves floors very wet and the terry cloth is the worst design I've ever come across. At more than twice the price of my last steamer I am very disappointed! Just so that you know I am being fair...
