It does produce a good amount of steam - and the mop heads provided are good. It is easy to use - filling is easy using the funnel and container provided and effective on the floors I have (tiles)

I feel that the mop handle/pole is rather flimsy - it is inclined to start to bend when pressure is applied, so I have some concerns as to its potential longevity. Filling is made slightly awkward by the positioning of the opening into the reservoir...

Light weight and heats up very quickly

Have to go over floor a good few times for it to become really clean

Very easy to use. Cleans all types of floor surfaces, including shower glass.
