biggest load of rubbish on the market

 

No suction to speak of. Noisy. Useless at vacuuming. Do not buy this product at any cost. Keep away. Im on my third replacement model. Handle poorly constructed. Its just rubbish for the price.

such hard work

 

this vacuum is really really hard to maneuver, i did think it worked ok (my husband disagrees)but t is heavy, loud and blows a lot of hot dusty smelling air. Unless you are a body builder with hearing loss dot bother with this vacuum, its just way too...

The worst suction of any vacuum I have owned in fifty years

 

After cleaning just two rooms I have to use another old vacuum to suck the dust out of the filters. I am on the verge of buying a Dyson or a shark because the Hoover Heritage 5110 is the vacuum that has the most complete loss of suction of any vacuum I...

It is lightweight

It does not vacuum effectively. After a few minutes it is extremely weak at picking up dirt

Hoover insult its customers with this extremely sub standard device.

 

We have had the Hoover Heritage 5110 for less than a year. In that time the power head has died 4 times!!! we have flat carpet with barely any pile height, so this is a very very weak power head, not fit for purpose. The power head died the first time...

When it works, it performs really well

Extremely hard to turn, horrible reliability, expensive fitlers, lack of spare parts.

Cord too short, requires a lot of maintenance, poor suction on the hand attachment, heavy, too big to get under furniture and into corners, poor after sales service
