It is nice

Seems to be a good product. I was never called by the store that I had it shipped to. Not their fault they were never sent my phone number to call me and let me know it was in.

Folds for storage. We bought it to take to rabbit shows for our granddaughter to reach the show box. Will also use to reach car windows to wash.

Works well in heat and cold. It has been droped from over 15 feet up and has been thrown across a room and landed hard on the ground many times. It still works great and no damage to the steps or hinges. Good construction.
