Garnier Nutrisse Truly Blonde Maximum Lightener Bleach D+++

I bought this hoping it would lighten my hair.. It did nothing but damage it. My hair was fried sooo bad, I cant even brush it or dry it with a towel! It did not lighten at all , not even a shade lighter. Nothing at all. I would not buy this ever again...
