My hair was dark brown purple so I pre lightened my hair then put this on and it has gone the exact same colour as on box! Obviously it want go as bright if ur putting on a dark brown will just make it have a red tinge.

This is my go to hair dye. I've been using the reds for over 4 years and I'm never disappointed with the colour. If you apply it well then it will be even. just takes practice to get used to dyeing hair.
