I have been relaxing my own hair for 20 years and never have I been burnt like this. Before I finish putting the relaxer on I had to wash it out. I have used a few relaxers this is the worst. Not sure how this product ended on Boots shelfs

Relaxes well but does not over process the hair. I've never been burnt. If you follow the instructions and use the scalp protection you should be alright.

This should not be on the self .( I ve to date always been a fan of dark & lovely products) ..... After just 7 mins of having this product on it burnt !!!! I ended up at A & E with the pain. Looking into reviews of the product online lots of people...
