Received this item today. It states on the instructions a green light will appear after 10 minutes. 2 hours later and still not ready. What an absolute waste of money.

Very quick to get to optimum temperature. Create a great curl in superquick time, great Product I'm very impressed.

Bought as Christmas present. Not working. My daughter is very disappointed.
