They take a while to warm up and aren't very smooth when they run through your hair, however considering they are for travel and cordless, cant imagine it would be safe to style with them, eg curls, as they are gas powered.

I bought these for a camping trip. They would not light so I took them back. Did not bother taking any in the end. Would not buy these again!

bought this for camping. I have a jaw length bob, not particularly thick and this was not hot enough to make any difference to it, despite saying it heats up to over 200 degrees. I returned it and will make do with kinky hair next time!!!
