ZTE Grand X Max 2

The ZTE Grand X Max 2 is an attractive Cricket Wireless phablet that offers solid performance and the latest software for an affordable price.

Affordable. Sleek, attractive build. Solid performance. Good battery life. Latest Android software. Dual-band Wi-Fi. Expandable storage.

Mediocre call quality. Poor visibility in sunlight.

ZTE Grand X Max+ review

At just $220, the ZTE Grand X Max+ is for those who want the luxury of a large screen without shelling out the big bucks. Its slow processor remains a hidden cost.

In the end you get what you pay for, and with the ZTE Grand X Max+ you pay very little for a whole lot of hardware. We’re not sure what magic ZTE conjured to make a 6-inch smartphone with great battery life and a 13-megapixel camera for $220, but we...

ZTE Grand X Max+ (Cricket Wireless)

The ZTE Grand X Max+ is a fantastic, budget-friendly Android phablet on Cricket Wireless.

Affordable. Sleek and well-built. High-quality, massive 720p display.

Poor ergonomics.

Camera and Conclusions The 13-megapixel, rear-facing camera takes great shots when light is ample, but image quality drops off precipitously under low indoor lighting. Shots are mired by grainy image noise, while slow shutter speeds render nearly every...

ZTE Grand X Max Plus

Phablets are officially in fashion, and like a snazzy new piece of clothing, they typically come at a premium, with phablets costing more than your average smartphone. That's not the case for the ZTE Grand X Max+, though. This plus-sized, 6-inch phone...

ZTE Grand X Max+ (Cricket Wireless) review

When ZTE unveiled its Grand X Max+ for Cricket Wireless at CES 2015 , I honestly wasn't very impressed. Despite now having an HD display and LTE, it didn't seem too different from the original Grand X Max . And aside from its wide-angle front-facing...

Cricket's competitively priced ZTE Grand X Max+ has nimble front- and rear-facing cameras, a lightweight design and 4G LTE.

The phone's smooth texture and large size render it unwieldy at times. Constant static on calls can be distracting.

Despite its few drawbacks, get the ZTE Grand X Max+ is a good, low-cost buy for a big-screen handset.

ZTE Grand X Max+ Review

ZTE has taken appropriate measures in showing consumers that they're able to deliver quality, entry-level devices that compete nicely against companies with more brand recognition. We've seen that ourselves with the ZTE ZMAX over the busy holiday...

Solid design & construction for a budget smartphone ; Battery life is impressive ; Camera captures some sharp photos & videos ; 200 cost is extremely competitive

Sluggish performance with heavier operations ; Underpowered internal speaker ; Basic Android experience

After impressing us not too long ago with the ZTE ZMAX, a prepaid phone attached with a killer price point, the ZTE Grand X Max+ continues the momentum for the company that’s really making its presence felt in the US prepaid market. With a sticker...

Great phone for a great price.

I really like this phone upgrade. It has so many features. It costs less than half of a Samsung Galaxy or iPhone so I don't know why anyone would complain. Generally budget minded consumers will be happy with this ZTE phone. Customer service is very...

Solid phone that gets the job done with a mega large screen

No complaints.

Bad A** phone for 100 bucks!

I got this phone not knowing what to expect and I have to say that I am very impressed with it. It rivals any top notch phone in my opinion. I dont know why more people aren't liking this phone. I love mine.

Huge clear screen, lots of storage, takes pretty good pics. Great phone for the money

Wish it had the knock feature but thats ok.
