I recieved my phone about a week ago, after getting it set up through Trac Fone and got used to it I LOVE IT, i got the triple minutes and had kept my same number from my old phone. No problems with the service in my area.

This phone is a good value for the money considering it includes the mins and years worth of service.

Plus: Phone arrived several days earlier than estimated delivery date. All items were in order.

I just received my phone this afternoon. It took me less than 15 minutes to activate my phone and redeem my promotional package minutes. Even though the Welcome Guide states that you must redeem your minutes by 1/31/12, I had no problem whatsoever...

I bought this phone for my daughter because she keeps going through minutes on the double min plan. So i figured why not try the triple min plan :) seem good she loves it. I did have a prob getting the phone activated but called the tracfone company...

it's nice to get a phone that i can understand all i wanted was the basics and i got this phone that has all my needs it's features easy to understand plus the 1,200 minutes and a year to use them was a plus thanks QVC .
