I didn't notice the problems until after the 30 days had passed, so no hope for RMA from new-egg.

looks nice, has great features

the call id button sticks, and the battery does not last, but maybe 15 minutes with a full charge

Great for big house and kids

 

Got this because we were always losing the couple handsets we had, now there is always at least one phone in a known place. Love the intercom feature, can call upstairs now without having to yell.
